Faceless Copilot provides YouTube channel analytics, research, and content tools. The service shows you your own channel data after you connect your YouTube channel, and provides research features built on publicly available YouTube data. We may update, add, or remove features at any time.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the service, and you must have the authority to grant access to any YouTube channel you connect. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for activity that occurs under it.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for your own creator activities. You may not resell, redistribute, or provide the service to others without our written permission.

By using it, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service, and you acknowledge that Google's use of your information is governed by the Google Privacy Policy. You can revoke the service's access to your YouTube data at any time through your Google Account permissions.
The service, including its software, design, and content, is owned by Faceless Copilot and protected by applicable laws. Your channel data remains yours. These Terms do not transfer any ownership of our materials to you.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy of analytics, research outputs, or recommendations, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Faceless Copilot will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of the service.
You may stop using the service and revoke its access at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or misuse the service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top reflects the latest version. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at the service operator's principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
