This Privacy Policy explains how Faceless Copilot ("we", "us", or "the service") collects, uses, stores, and protects your information when you use our web dashboard and our assistant integration. By using the service, you agree to the practices described here.
We collect the following, and only what the service needs to work:
We do not receive your YouTube password, your private messages or comments, your subscriber list, your monetization or revenue figures, or any data about channels you do not own.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information or YouTube data. We do not share it with advertisers. We use a small number of infrastructure providers (such as our hosting and database providers) strictly to operate the service, under their own security obligations. We may disclose information if required by law.
Faceless Copilot uses YouTube API Services. By using the connect feature, you are also agreeing to the YouTube Terms of Service, and your data is handled in accordance with the Google Privacy Policy.
Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We use Google user data only to provide and improve the features described in this policy, and never for advertising or to train machine-learning models.
We request two read-only permissions. YouTube Analytics (read-only) lets us show you your private performance data. YouTube account (read-only) lets us identify your channel and show your public lifetime statistics. We never create, edit, or delete anything on your channel.
You can revoke our access at any time from your dashboard ("Log out of YouTube"), or through your Google Account security settings at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
Authorization tokens are stored encrypted at rest in our database, hosted in the European Union. Statistics we retrieve on your behalf are held only for the duration of your request and may be cached for up to 24 hours to reduce API usage. All connections use HTTPS (TLS 1.2 or higher). No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, but we use commercially reasonable safeguards to protect your data.
We retain your authorization token and cached statistics for as long as your account is active, plus a short grace period for account reactivation. If you revoke access or request deletion, we delete your YouTube authorization token and any cached YouTube data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain certain records by law.
You can disconnect your YouTube channel at any time, and you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA, including the right to access, delete, or port your data, and to object to certain processing.
The service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13.
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top reflects the latest version, and material changes will be communicated to active users.
